Si es usted una persona emprendedora, competitiva, ambiciosa y con una gran actitud, esta podr\u00eda ser una excelente v\u00eda para iniciar una carrera en Techkon tras graduarse.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Descripci\u00f3n del puesto:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El puesto de <strong>Becario de nivel 1 <\/strong>es una posici\u00f3n de nivel inicial, en la que ser\u00e1 responsable de generar nuevas oportunidades de clientes y de diversas tareas de proyectos desde nuestra oficina en Danvers, MA. Para tener \u00e9xito, necesitar\u00e1 un fuerte compromiso y capacidad para resolver problemas. Se le asignar\u00e1 un coach personal que le acompa\u00f1ar\u00e1 en el proceso. Esta persona emprendedora deber\u00e1 poseer una gran \u00e9tica de trabajo, ser independiente, tener habilidades de comunicaci\u00f3n eficaces (escritas y verbales) y capacidad de resoluci\u00f3n de problemas.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Lista parcial de responsabilidades:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generar clientes potenciales cualificados mediante el mapeo estrat\u00e9gico de cuentas, llamadas en fr\u00edo proactivas y correos electr\u00f3nicos<\/li>\n<li>Aprovechar sistemas como LinkedIn, ZoomInfo y las indicaciones de la direcci\u00f3n para encontrar nuevos clientes potenciales a los que dirigirse<\/li>\n<li>Cualificar a los clientes potenciales comprendiendo sus necesidades, objetivos y presupuesto en materia de medici\u00f3n del color<\/li>\n<li>Coordinarse con los departamentos de Ventas y Marketing para mejorar las estrategias de ventas y cualificar a\u00fan m\u00e1s los clientes potenciales<\/li>\n<li>Registrar todas las actividades a trav\u00e9s de nuestro sistema de Gesti\u00f3n de Relaciones con el Cliente y elaborar un informe semanal sobre acciones, tendencias y aspectos destacados de las conversaciones<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requisitos:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excelentes habilidades de comunicaci\u00f3n escrita y verbal, con un tono seguro<\/li>\n<li>Excelente capacidad de escucha<\/li>\n<li>Se requiere una fuerte automotivaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Capacidad para transmitir valor y establecer r\u00e1pidamente relaciones positivas con personas de distintos niveles de experiencia y procedencias<\/li>\n<li>Comodidad al hablar de tecnolog\u00eda y conceptos tecnol\u00f3gicos<\/li>\n<li>Capacidad eficaz de gesti\u00f3n del tiempo<\/li>\n<li>Persona organizada y con atenci\u00f3n al detalle<\/li>\n<li>Inter\u00e9s por aprender y mejorar<\/li>\n<li>Educaci\u00f3n secundaria o equivalente (GED)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Techkon ofrece planes de compensaci\u00f3n competitivos y una trayectoria profesional definida.
