Die Software gibt jedoch an, dass der optimale oder \u201ebeste\u201c Dichtewert f\u00fcr diese Sonderfarbe tats\u00e4chlich bei 1,28 liegt, da dies zum niedrigstm\u00f6glichen deltaE f\u00fcr diese Tinte f\u00fchrt, n\u00e4mlich 0,54. Denken Sie mal dar\u00fcber nach \u2026 unser Bediener hat nur ein einziges Muster von der Rolle gemessen und kennt sofort die beste Dichte, die das niedrigstm\u00f6gliche deltaE liefert. Das ist eine leistungsstarke Funktion!   <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend das obige Beispiel ein gl\u00fcckliches Ende hat, weil wir eine einfache L\u00f6sung haben, um unser deltaE unter Kontrolle zu bringen, ist dies nicht immer der Fall. Je nach Tinte kann InkCheck\u2122 manchmal schlechte Nachrichten f\u00fcr den Drucker bereithalten, wenn der bestm\u00f6gliche Dichtewert immer noch einen deltaE-Wert liefert, der \u00fcber der vom Kunden spezifizierten Toleranz liegt. Der Density Spread ist der berechnete Bereich von Dichten, in dem der Drucker die Sonderfarbe fahren kann und sich dennoch innerhalb der gew\u00fcnschten deltaE-Toleranz befindet. deltaE-Werte (Y-Achse) f\u00fcr verschiedene gedruckte Dichtewerte (X-Achse) dieser Tinte. Die gestrichelte Linie am unteren Ende der V-Kurve zeigt den Dichtewert, der das niedrigstm\u00f6gliche deltaE erzeugt, w\u00e4hrend der \u201eDensity Spread\u201c den Bereich der Dichtewerte f\u00fcr diese Tinte anzeigt, die gemessene deltaE-Werte innerhalb der Toleranz f\u00fcr diese Farbe erzeugen (Toleranz = deltaE &lt; 2 im obigen Beispiel). Dies ist ebenfalls eine sehr hilfreiche Information f\u00fcr den Drucker, da der Density Spread ihm ein Gef\u00fchl daf\u00fcr gibt, wie schnell sich das deltaE dieser Farbe an der Maschine bei Dichteschwankungen \u00e4ndert. Farben mit einem geringeren Density Spread sollten vom Drucker genauer \u00fcberwacht werden, da die Wahrscheinlichkeit gro\u00df ist, dass sie aus der Toleranz laufen, wenn sich die Dichte w\u00e4hrend des Drucklaufs \u00e4ndert. In unserem Beispiel haben wir einen recht breiten Dichtespielraum, sodass diese Tinte bei Dichte\u00e4nderungen w\u00e4hrend der Produktion eher <i>fehlertolerant<\/i> ist.
